1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Patrei's AI prompt security services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Patrei provides AI prompt security and filtering services to protect against malicious prompts, jailbreak attempts, and other security threats to large language models (LLMs). Our Service includes API access, usage analytics, and related features.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use our Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Use the Service for illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes
• Reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of our Service

5. Service Availability and Performance

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee that the Service will be available 100% of the time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

Our security filtering is designed to catch the majority of malicious prompts, but no system is 100% perfect. You remain responsible for your own security measures and the content generated by your applications.

6. Payments, Billing, and Refunds

• All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store payment card details.
• Subscriptions bill in advance on a recurring basis and renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: You may request a refund at any time by emailing[email protected]. We typically prorate refunds based on unused time in the current billing period and process them back to the original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days.
• Please contact us first to resolve any billing issues. Do not initiate bank or card chargebacks; chargebacks may result in temporary account suspension while we investigate. We aim to resolve refund and billing requests quickly and fairly.

7. Data and Privacy

We process your data according to our Privacy Policy. For security analysis, we may temporarily process prompt and image content, but we do not store or use your data for any other purpose. API requests are logged for monitoring and security purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, algorithms, and documentation, is proprietary to Patrei and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service according to these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PATREI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Patrei from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violation of these Terms or other reasonable cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under Wyoming law or in courts of competent jurisdiction in Wyoming.
